How do I use Virtual POS?

Virtual POS Login page

Open the web browser and open the link to Payment Manager.  After entering your username and password in the appropriate textboxes you can login into the system by clicking on the Login button as shown above. Alternatively you can login into the system by pressing enter key on your keyboard.

After successful Login you will be presented with the above screen.  On the left sidebar there are various menu items for each module you have approval to use.  Note: If any of the above sections do not appear on your login page you might not be authorised to use that payment channel.

Making New Payments

This screen is used to process single and recurring payments.  The user needs to enter the ‘Amount’, ‘Reference Number’, ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’, ‘Mobile Number’ and ‘Email’ address of the customer.   The fields ‘Amount’, ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’ and ‘Mobile Number’ are compulsory. If the customer’s mobile number is not available use 0412345678 as the default number.  The customer will get an SMS confirmation of the payment if a valid mobile number is entered.  Please note charges apply for this service. Click this link for current merchant services pricing.  If a valid email is entered the customer will receive an email receipt for the transaction, if the transaction was successful.  Once all the details have been filled in, click the ‘Submit’ button.
